She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wholeness Center LLC and the visionary behind Wholeness Incorporated. Cynthia works with individuals, leaders, organizations, and communities to cultivate healing, navigate complexity, strengthen leadership, and create sustainable transformation.
Her approach integrates faith-informed wisdom, systems thinking, restorative practice, leadership development, and strategic facilitation to support both personal and organizational flourishing.
